EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
Many philosophers, coaches, and cultural observers today like to describe life as a journey. More often than not, however, there’s little in-depth discussion about how to prepare for this journey. What do you need to pack for this trip? Where can you find the map you need? Who will help guide you? And where, exactly, is your destination? In today’s episode, Diana Yin, the CEO and Co-founder of Better Age, describes the vision of her public benefit corporation to help people of all ages create a personalized guide to live and age well. Diana will talk about Better Age’s unique 3-stage program designed to provide a health and wellbeing “google map” that supports an individual’s journey, identifying the series of small steps they can take to get the most out of life. She’ll explain how Better Age collaborates with a network of other organizations to evaluate the domains of health and wellbeing; how people can get free assessments of their personal path; and how they can connect with Better Age through online interventions and community organizations and agencies.
